Employment Labor Law provides California worker information and intake support in partnership with Corcoran Smith Law Corp. Legal services are provided by the firm under a separate written engagement.
The firm quotes each consultation or assessment individually after reviewing scope and complexity. No price is published. Later negotiation or litigation is agreed separately.
What we collect
When you start voice intake, the Business Runner service processes what you choose to share: your contact details, where you work, what happened, when it happened, and the records and witnesses you mention. This information helps organize your story for possible attorney follow-up. Starting intake is separate from requesting legal advice or agreeing to representation.
How it is used
For legal-service follow-up you request, relevant intake information may be shared with Corcoran Smith Law Corp. The firm confirms conflicts, service scope and any engagement separately. Public tools and the local written draft do not automatically send their contents to the firm.
The written case-summary tool keeps your draft in the current browser tab. It does not send the draft or contact details to a server, store them in browser storage, or book an appointment. Downloaded copies remain on your device; closing or refreshing the tab clears the on-page draft. Voice intake is separate: its recording and transcription disclosure appears before you start. The external voice service has its own processing and retention controls.
Website analytics and external services
When configured, Google Analytics loads after interaction or a delay and measures website usage. Its browser scripts may use cookies or identifiers. The voice service loads only when you choose to open it; its disclosure explains recording and transcription. Browser privacy settings can restrict cookies and microphone access. The local written draft is not sent to analytics by this site.
When existing analytics identifiers are available, the voice service can associate a completed intake or confirmed booking with your website visit. These events include the public entry page and its general issue and city categories. They exclude your name, email, phone number, employer, recordings, and case narrative. When Global Privacy Control is enabled, this site withholds analytics identifiers from the voice-service handoff. Intake remains available when analytics identifiers are missing or blocked.
Your choices
You choose what to share, and you can stop at any point in the conversation. If you have questions about information you submitted, use the contact or privacy controls offered by the intake service. The local draft tool cannot retrieve or delete information already shared through voice intake. Do not submit confidential legal documents through the website; bring them to your attorney conversation instead.
