Privacy Policy

Private by design — your story is yours.

What we collect

When you speak with the intake assistant or submit the case review, we collect what you choose to share: your contact details, where you work, what happened, when it happened, and the records and witnesses you mention. This information exists for one purpose — organizing your story into a clear case summary so a video call with a California employment attorney can be booked and prepared.

How it is used

Your intake information is used to prepare your case summary and your video call. It is not sold. Before live operation accepts real submissions, data retention, consent logging, analytics, vendor processing, and security controls are defined and reviewed; this prototype stores nothing externally.

Your choices

You choose what to share, and you can stop at any point in the conversation. If you have questions about information you submitted, raise them on your video call or through the case-review flow. Do not submit confidential legal documents through the website; bring them to your attorney conversation instead.
